8 Weeks to Mindfulness
New Live Training Starting March 2025
In this 8-session course, you’ll learn to be more fully present in the here and now through guided practices and education. Each session includes mindful exercises and meditations, such as the body scan, to help you savor positive moments more deeply, set healthy boundaries, and approach challenges with greater acceptance.
This training is based on the original, MBSR/MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) program, scientifically proven effective in reducing stress and alleviating various stress-related issues. .
