8 Weeks to Mindfulness
Through focused exercises and guided learning, this 8-session course helps you cultivate awareness in the here and now. Together, we’ll explore various techniques and meditations, such as the body scan, to enhance your enjoyment of positive experiences and build skills
to set boundaries, manage stress, face challenges, and embrace acceptance.
Based on the original MBSR/MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) program,
this training is scientifically proven to effectively reduce stress and alleviate a variety
of stress-related symptoms.
